Ok I know I've already asked a question about turbo but how big does a turbocharger have to be to be considered stage two, does the inlet and outlet diameter matter and how big the turbine is? Also what turbos are stage 2, ex. T3 T4 T3/T4 T70 ect. And what makes the ebay turbo kits crap, sorry for all the questions, just curious
