Audi TT Quattro 1.8 225hp 1999

While i was driving, suddenly i heard a sound like explosion and a white smoke, then a sound like a whistle when accelerate and the car runns poorly like 50 hp.
The engine sound like before, nothing changed, but when accelerate it whistles. I checked the oil and it was fine, no faults on the board computer, and the cooler fluid are fine.
Could it be just a turbocharger or the engine is blown?
